Getting around the platform

This page explains how to sign in and find your way around. Each feature then has its own guide.

The main areas

Once signed in you land on the dashboard. From the navigation you can reach the features your role and organization have enabled — for example:

• People — patients and providers.
• Forms — data-capture forms.
• Queues & waiting boards — who is waiting and being served.
• Workflows — multi-step processes.

Administrators also see setup areas: Tenants, Facilities, Users, roles & permissions, Modules, and Feature flags.

What you can see

The platform only shows you data you're allowed to see. What appears depends on your role, your organization/facility, and consent/visibility rules — so two users may see different things. See Visibility & consent.
