The dashboard

What it does​

The dashboard is your landing page after signing in. It gives you a summary of what needs your attention and quick links to the areas you use most. What appears depends on your role and the features your organization has enabled.

Where to find it​

You arrive here automatically after signing in. You can return any time by selecting Dashboard in the main navigation (or the app logo).

Common tasks​

Jump to a work area​

Use the navigation or the dashboard's shortcut cards to open People, Forms, Queues, Workflows, or the admin areas your role allows.

Switch tenant or facility​

If you work across more than one organization or site, use the tenant / facility switcher (top of the screen). See Tenants and Facilities.

Tips & limitations​

  • Two people can see different dashboards — the cards and links reflect your permissions and enabled modules, so you only see what you can act on.
  • If an area you expect is missing, your role may not include it, or the module may be switched off for your organization — ask an administrator.
