Tenants
What it does
A tenant is an organization that uses the platform. The platform is multi-tenant: several organizations can share one deployment while keeping their data and settings separate. Most users belong to a single tenant; some administrators manage several.
Where to find it
Administrators manage tenants under Admin → Tenants (/admin/tenants). If your account spans
more than one organization, you'll also see a tenant switcher and a Select tenant screen
(/select-tenant) when you sign in.

Common tasks
Switch tenant
Use the tenant switcher (top of the screen) or Select tenant to choose which organization you're working in. Everything you then see and do applies to that tenant.
Create or edit a tenant (administrators)
- In Admin → Tenants, select New (or open an existing tenant).
- Fill in the organization's details and Save.
- Turn features on for the tenant under Modules and Feature flags.
Tips & limitations
- Data is scoped to a tenant — you only see records belonging to the tenant you're working in.
- Which features a tenant has depends on the modules activated for it, so two tenants on the same platform can offer different capabilities.
